okay awkward story time

oh my god so today was senior awards night (I got recognition/awards for two things, btw, art and CSF)

and so my parents were there, right

and afterwards I was talking to my like only guy friend who has like dyed hair and wears guyliner and really really tight jeans and he came up behind me and scared me like he usually does

and we were talking about how he was going to figure out where I live and hide in a bush and come surprise me randomly during the summer (there is so much context behind this, he is not creepy lol)

and my parents were standing kind of close but not really

and when my guy friend and I said bye to each other I went over to the food table with my other friend and my mom comes up behind us and was I was like, “what are you doing here” and she was like, “just listening to your conversations with your friends… conversations with weird guys”

and I literally wanted to just lie on the ground and scrape my face on the pavement and die
